Lisa L. Baker is a former corporate executive who spent years working her way up the ladder at Fortune 500 fintech companies. After a 30-year career in corporate America, Lisa retired to pursue her true passion: helping leaders discover their area of greatness and achieve lasting success. 

That passion led to the founding of her award-winning coaching practice – Ascentim®.
